All contributions as a church guest are associated with an email address and annual contribution records are available. This method requires payment method information to be entered for each gift.
Give with a Church Account
All contributions with an online church account are associated to the user’s account. All contribution records for the account are available to the user. Payment method information can be saved for use with future transactions and gifts can be schedule for a specific date or as reoccurring contributions.

Give with Text Message
Contributions can be made by texting TWBC to 73256 (Realm). Follow the link in the text message response to make a contribution. A receipt is received by text message and email.
A free mobile app is available for iOS and Android devices. Search for Realm Connect in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The mobile app requires a church account to make a contribution or access contribution records.

What happens if I accidentally give more than I intended?
Contact the TWBC financial secretary during normal office hours to request a cancellation or refund.
What is a processing fee and am I required to pay it?
A $0.35 processing fee is charged to TWBC for each transaction plus an additional fee of 1.00% for ACH transactions and 2.65% for credit and debit cards. TWBC is responsible for paying the processing fee but the giver may elect to subsidize the suggested processing fee by selecting the option on the giving page.
Can I give to multiple funds in a single transaction?
Contributions may be given to multiple funds by selecting Give to an additional fund and then selecting the desired fund and amount to give.
Can I save, edit, or delete payment methods?
Payment methods can be managed with your Realm online account. A saved payment method can be selected by account name when contributing so the entry of payment details is not required every time a contribution is made. A Realm account is required to use this feature. Contact the church office to receive an invitation to setup an online account.
Are there times when I cannot give online?
There will be brief times when online giving is not available so software maintenance can be performed. Notice of the times will be displayed on the giving page and usually occur during overnight periods.
Can I view non-online contributions?
Yes, all contribution records for a giver are available with a Realm account. This includes gifts made by mail, during worship services, online, by text message, and through the Realm Connect mobile application.
Security & Privacy
Who can view my payment information?
Only an authorized account user can view and manage the payment information. No TWBC staff or affiliated volunteers can view a member’s payment information.
Who has access to view my contribution records?
The TWBC financial secretary and TWBC treasurer are the only TWBC affiliated users who can view individual contribution records other than the giver.

Does an online church account allow me to do more than make contributions?
An online church account to Realm allows access to the user’s contribution records, publicly available church member information, and the management of user information including name, address, contact information, and saved payment methods.
When are contributions processed by the financial institutions?
All contributions are processed by financial institutions on normal business days, excluding federal holidays.
